Orize Sports Management Inc .

The Orize team is young, enthusiastic and dedicated. A high degree of importance is placed on having a culture of respect, perseverance, teamwork and openness.


Ricky Twynam starting playing sports at the age of 4. At 13 years old, after excelling in baseball and basket-ball, Ricky began to play tennis. His uncle and coach, Alex Shields initiated Ricky to the game that has now become his passion. He competed at the provincial and national level and was ranked in the Canadian top 5, in the category 18 years and under. Then began his professional journey.

Ricky Twynam has traveled far and wide from Canada, starting in Europe where he got his first taste of professional level tennis. He had the opportunity to train with the world’s best; The Spaniards. Their philosophy to training was something he had never seen before. The intensity, work ethic and “never quit” attitude were what made them one of the world’s most dominant forces. Still today, they represent a great source of inspiration for Ricky’s coaching. Ricky also trained at the Bill Adams’s tennis academy in Florida, which was his home base during the years he competed.

He trained and competed with players such as Marat Safin, Igor Andreev, Dinara Safina, Frank Dancevic and David Ferrer, to name only a few.. He has competed across the United States, South America, Central America, the Caribbeans and Europe in both doubles and singles, accumulating ATP points.

After gaining knowledge and experience from many renowned professionals, Ricky returned to Canada with a new dream: helping our young Canadian athletes develop and evolve as athletes, and as individuals. Ricky now shares his passion for sport and the game of tennis with students from all backgrounds, always aiming at helping them finding the best within themselves.

No matter if you are 5, 20 or 50 years old, or if you want to become a top professional tennis player or just play for fun, after a lesson with Ricky, you may find his coaching style is straight to the point, unique and is one that really gets through you and help you improve your game. Warning: There is a risk you may catch his contagious passion.

Sport was a major passion for Hachem while growing up in Ivory Coast. At 12 years old Hachem spent 6 months at the prestigious Bruguera Tennis Academy in Spain. After 4 tough years of training in Ivory Coast with several titles Hachem moved to Paris and joined a Sport-Studies program. For a period of 3 years Hachem participated in numerous competitions throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East where he was the top player in Lebanon. This has provided Hachem with significant technical and practical experience which has enabled him to coach high level players.

Hachem holds a Master in Commercial Management and Marketing from l'institut du Commerce in Paris and has worked as a commercial coach at many multinational corporations such as Air Liquid.

A student in Engineering at l'école Polytechnique de Montréal and tennis enthusiast, Michaël has participated and is currently competing in provincial, national and international tournaments and is a member of the Université de Montréal Carabins tennis team. Michaël has now been coaching at Orize for one year. Having completed certification in coaching snowboarding and over 2 years experience in the domain, Michaël brings a unique approach to teaching tennis. His positive, dynamic and team player attitude is unrivaled.

Orize sports management tennis coach

Simon Beaucaire has been competing in tennis since the age of 7 years old. He was a junior player ranked amongst the top 20 in Quebec. Simon's passion for tennis continues to grow, he has now began to compete at the veteran level, 35-40 years old, this past summer.

His goal is to become ranked amongst Canada's best in his respective category. Simon is a pro club 1 certified coach in association with Tennis Canada and TPA (Tennis Professional Association). He wishes to continue to grow his experience by taking on the challenge of the coach 2 “high performance” level to be able to focus on young high performance players and improve their technical game as well as their tactics.

Simon has been coaching for over 3 years now, with adults of all levels and has been a hitting partner with the “excellence” program at Tennis Montreal. We are thrilled to have Simon on our team as his energy, passion and knowledge make a great addition to the Orize Team.

Born into a family of athletes, Sami has played many sports at a young age such as handball, basketball and swimming before devoting himself to tennis.
His passion for tennis led him to the front steps of the Superior Sport and Physical Education Institute in Tunis in 2001 where he obtained a bachelor's degree in physical education specialized in tennis. At the age of 23, Sami began his career as a tennis coach in the Tennis Club de Tunis. He was also a teacher at Pierre de Coubertin sports high school where he was the physical trainer of the Tunisian national tennis team.

Throughout his career, Sami has had the opportunity to coach the best tennis players in Tunisia. In 2007 he became technical director of the sports association Shell where he rose to the challenge of managing a team of coaches and train players aged 8 to 12 with an international level.

Sami holds a diploma in coaching tennis from the ITF federation Level I and coach Level III from the Tunisian federation. Benefeting from 10 years of experience, Sami wants to enrich his career by joining the Orize team to help develop and train top players a well as promote tennis in Quebec and Canada. With Sami's enthusiastic nature and easy going personality, he will help improve your tennis game no matter your level.
